My impressions
A matriarch and her maid. The two of them in the old house. The children
scattered.
The differences between siblings and children has never changed her role
as the matriarch and remain the family’s pillar of strength. This is despite
her own struggles with the past.
The two main actresses gave a sterling performance.
A microcosm of family life.
